Account locked.

Sending this from an alt account.



I sent you an email about being hacked you responded with in 5 minutes of me sending the first email. then you said you would lock my account. you told me to do scanes etc i did. sent other email asking you to unlock my account. now i have been wating 7 days+. how can you respond within 5 minutes on the first email and now it's been 7days+... pliz help me



if you want my main account info pliz let me know. i want this sorted out asap.
i bought the game and now i cant play. if this keeps getting ignored i want a refund.

I dont understand. i sent you an email. you responded within 5 minuets of me begin hacked. you told me to do scans etc. after that you told me to send another email to fix it. now it has been 7 days. i dont want some copy pasta statement.

I have been locked for 12 days already, and there are many other cases that have been locked for even longer than mine. I suspect there are many cases, but mainly, I would like to know the update from the support team as well.
I just dont understand they respond within 5 minutes. then they tell me to do scans and we will unlock your account. i did em within 10min then email them again. now they wont respond what a waste of my vacation.

This will be my last post. i have now waited 15 days or something no response
i will no longer be playing GGG games, and i will no longer give them money.
they have lost their touch I'm seeking full refund on poe 2 cus i cant play it.

And all they do is copy paste responses. good work i must say
