Bugged character, cannot exit to Clearfell

I decided to level up a char i made during launch. Entered the clearfell encampment, bought some random items from Fin and after some attempts he got stuck and i am unable to buy anything from any shop. Tried to enter Clearfell but the char is just stuck, cannot create new instance nor interract with the enterance. Went to my hideout and tried to create a different instance for encampment. There were two of them - one from 18th of december and one from 31st. In neither i can enter the Clearfell map.
