Whirling Assault Criticals

Currently Whirling Assault either crits on every hit or on no hits, I would like to suggest that crit be rolled for each hit to make it feel less feast or famine and more consistent between uses. Thank you for coming to my TED talk.

The all-or-nothing aspect of Whirling Assault can actually be very useful. It means that Mantra of Destruction applies to all hits made by Whirling Assault. Likewise for other empowered effects.

I'm not sure if it also applies to Barbs 1/2/3 and Quil Burst supports, but I hope it does.
