Gathering storm combo point bug

Combo points are said to be generated from strike skills, gathering storm has the strike skill tag but does not generate combo points.

Also, practiced combo (Chance to gain an additional combo point) is usable with the skill and also has the tick on the skill when hovering over the support gem.
