Breachstone portal instance is completely empty

I've entered my first crafted Breachstone (i've collected 300 particles) and it is completely empty inside. No monsters, no boss encounter. I cant play the content of Breachstone. Last bumped on Jan 15, 2025, 5:17:04 AM

The same situation happened to me. I saved so much, I wanted to enter the violation boss for the first time. But the map is empty... can we get support? Was it wasted?
