Purchased "Upgrade to premium stash tab"

And it didn't work, I have purchased extra stash tabs, as well as have purchased premium tabs, I should now have 3 premium tabs but I only have 2.
I've closed the game out and logged back in as suggested in another thread, to no avail.

I think when you buy the 10 coins "Upgrade to premium stash tab"
It takes 1 of your normal tabs, and makes them premium. It doesn't give you another one.

So one of your 4 normal tabs should now be able to have the same functions as a premium tab. Right click it and see.

That is correct, and that is what I purchased, but it isn't working.
I've checked every one of my regular tabs and none of them have premium options.

Still hasn't been resolved :(

If the points could just be refunded that would be swell.

Still waiting on a resolution. Would like a coin refund.

I've emailed support twice and have not received a response. It's disappointing how long it's taking to resolve this minor issue. I simply want my points refunded.
