I think I just got scammed by currency exchange.

I put an order up in currency exhcange, 750x order artifacts for 1 divine. My order got completed, I've got 0 divines and 220 of my order artifacts back. Is it a known bug? Is there a way that I can get my divine or order artifacts back? Please help :)
