Completed Campaign no Endgame Button on Map

I killed the final boss in Cruel mode and ended up being teleported to the 'Refuge' and spoke to Alva, but before talking to Doryani I went to my Hideout.

Now I can't find any way to get back to the Refuge. All the waypoints I have are the 'past' or 'present' and none of them is the Refuge, they're the Encampment.

Doryani is in my Hideout and the Encampment but he doesn't have the dialog options like my first character had to begin the Endgame and get the Endgame button on the map.

Seems my second character if bricked and has no way to proceed into maps. The Maps Device shows the state of the Maps as my first character has progressed, how do I reset it for my second character?

So I finally found a map waypoint to get me to the Refuge but even getting there isn't giving my any dialog options from Doryani to start maps. :(
