Early Access and Keystones
Two things.
One, I hear you are seperating Early and Main access on release, please reconsider this as this is false advertising, this isn't an alpha or beta, it's EARLY ACCESS. I payed for EARLY access to a game, not SEPERATE access, we'll all eventually seperate when you release the next season, so just let us play with all the normal players till then yes? ------------------------------------------------ Keystones: Do all keystones NEED to have a drawback? I'll be honest. most of them aren't even that good, even with the drawback. Why can't heartstopper just be 50% less poison damage, without it's 50% more drawback? Would that REALLY be so OP? tbh, if it was 90% for one second with no drawback, I still don't think so, it'd be alright or even good, but the cost is spending the points to both get to it and take. ---------------- Blood mage: bro just use lifetap on your main skill.... does it really NEED to get rid of mana? ---------------- Mind-over-matter: Ok I get this one, and it's fair enough, but you could just consider this the benefits of being a mage, and ok getting up there. ---------------- Bulwark: This one is just in many ways worse, sure it works on aoes, but against 66% of other attacks, you are literally losing 100% DR for 30% DR, you are literally trading invincibility for 30% DR. This one should just be 30%, if you think it's too much 25%, (20% minimum) less damage taken at all times, for trading your I-frames on dodge rolls, and imma be honest, I'm not sure I'd even do that. MAYBE for 30%, but it'd be a dicey choice, trading something thats defo saved my life, or lets me get to the point for my ES to start charging, for that...well.... ---------------- Zealots oath: On the subject of ES Recharge, in a game where everyones complaining it's nigh impossible to raise your max hp, about the most extreme maximum with some great gear you can get is 3k. Maybe with Morior invcictus with the 5% hp buff, all your jewels hp, and runes +2% hp, could u get like 9k. But that's the only method I have, just to get some good ES regen, which you simply won't evne have because that build takes like 100 points minimum. I do get the zealots oath weakness though, but tbh THAT is what the -50% ontop regen should be on, like MoM, and then it should just apply (at least % regen wise) to ur ES's maximum, that way you still gotta build a bit more, but it's not counter-intuitive. Or hey, let it just keep its delayed regen too. ---------------- Chaos Innoculation: Lastly Chaos Innoculation, screws so many builds? And hardcore? I'm terrified I'll put on lifetap on myself and one tap myself or something, can't this just be like 50% reserved life or something? Gimmi a break here jesus. ---------------- That's really all, the list goes on for really nigh all the keystones are not good enough to justify their drawbacks, let alone even get them at all without them, but you get my point, I get SOME trade-offs, but a lot of them are garbage in the first place....
