{Exception} [D3D12] Failed to create resource for texture[]

certain times when the game crashes a small window pops up with the Exception code and message. my pc is well above recommended but i am working with the latest windows update. anyone else get this?

Same for me. Happening multiple times a day. My system is high end and this is getting frustrating. Currently running 4090 and 7800x3d.
