"The mad wolf of Ogham" not getting completed

I cannot progress into endgame since "The mad wolf of Ogham" does not get marked as completed. I have talked to the hooded one but nothing happens. I have progressed the story beyond this point and completed Cruel version (which did get completed), but the first version does not get completed. Can I please have help with this?
