POE 2 freeze whole PC while playing the game

Sometimes when I enter a new zone/loading screen or just booth-up the game my whole PC freezes and I have to hard reset my PC. I'm scared the game will damage my hardware. I find some "fixes" online, but it seems very weird to me to tweak software or even CPU cores to play a videogame. I also read online that it could be a Windows 11 24H2 problem, but there is no other game which has this problem.

CPU: 13600K
GPU: RTX 4070
RAM: 32GB DDR4 3600mhz
SSD: Kingston FURY Renegade PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 SSD

I made this thread because GGG seems to close and ignore threads which talk about this topic. IMO that is not acceptable they should let us know if they work on a solution or if it's possible that the game can damage parts of your PC.
