About the bug that the alien copy cannot be opened after completing the level

I have a new Ranger character in my POE2 account. After hitting 60 levels and clearing all six chapters of the main storyline, I wanted to enter the Alien copy, but the system told me that I needed to complete the campaign. After checking, I found that the main story of chapter 1 had been opened again, so I had to go back to chapter 1. This is an extremely serious malignant bug, resulting in my Ranger character can not carry out the later game, hope to fix as soon as possible.
