Campaign isn't counted as completed

Hi. I finished the campaign yesterday, and when I went to start maps, it said I could not access endgame content until the campaign was completed.

After completing Cruel, I noticed that it told me to travel through the time portal to enter Cruel Difficulty... in Act 3 of Normal. So, humoring the computer overlords, I went and did that.

At this point, all main quests have been completed. There's no quest marker in any area.

It still says that I cannot access endgame content until the campaign is completed when I click Traverse on a map.

I am playing on PC via the Steam client. I tried logging out and logging back in. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game. I ensured that I was using the latest version of both Steam and PoE2.

The character's name is ChrisHatesMe. No, not that Chris.
