Reduced Slowing potency of debuffs on you - partially works

Hi.
I'm here to report a bug.
I'm stacking "Reduced Slowing potency of debuffs on you" up to 100% (with the help of 15% i gained from campagin.
It works wonderfully on almost everything.

Stuff that it doesn't work on:
- Webbed! (giant spiders debuff)
- Temporal bubble! (rare mob temporal bubble)
- Drown witch bubbles!

Stuff that it work as it should:
- Chilled ground
- Temporal chains (curse)

GGG, please fix it - i took it specifically coz of those spiders and temporal bubbles. im dead if i cant atk like i made it.

Another thing not working:
- Drown witch (both slowing and drown bubble)

I specifically took this to mitigate her slow, and turns out it's useless..

Will it get fixed or stay bugged? (or intended to work half-ass so to speak? :))

Okay so apparently not only "slowing potency of debuffs on you" doesnt work as it should (partially works), but ALSO ascendancy of pathfinder works (partially) same way!

I specifically took pathfinder because of this, only to find out:
- Spiders web still slows me!
- Temporal Bubble still slows me! (temporal chains doesnt)
- Drown witch bubble still slows me!

Fix this obvious bug, please. And it's gonna be a blast to give this ascendancy a go!

This is a bump to a thread.. Hopefully GGG will adress this annoying but build-breaking bug.
