(POE2) Map cannot be completed

As per the title:

I've just cleared a "Rustbowl" map with a level 10 rare map.
Modifiers:
- 15% Increased EXP Gain
- 31% Increased Number of monster packs
- Players are cursed with enfeeble
- Monsters deal 28% of damage as extra lightning
- Area contains additional breach
- Monsters break armour equal to 38% of physical damage dealt
- Map has 1 additional modifier
- 6% increased quantity of items found in this area
- 9% increased rarity of items found in the area
- 342% increased Waystones found in area

Throughout the map, there were no rare monsters, did the breach, cleaned out the map, and revealed everything—0 monsters remaining. No boss was on the map.

I'm not sure this is a bug, but the map cannot be completed, and I'm unsure how to move forward.
