The worst customer service.
Is anyone even replying to emails here? I have an issue with my account. I purchased the game, then I bought some premium currency. Unfortunately, a few days ago, I lost access to the 'Early Access' of Path of Exile 2 for some reason, and no one is willing to help me resolve it. I've sent several emails (support@grindinggear.com) about this, but there's been no response.
Could it be because I played from a different country during the Christmas (I live in a different country, but visited my family in another one, though both are in the EU)? Or is it something else? Should I keep waiting or try reporting the issue somewhere else? After all, they took my money, but don’t care about the customer. Shame on you, GGG. Last bumped on Jan 19, 2025, 10:21:23 AM

I could easily imagine amount of appeals they're recieving throug support email, but yeah, i haven't recieved any feedback.
I am personally not complaining, i just asked a question to clarify smth for me, so i will be patiently waiting for reply, i agree that purchases-account-etc related questions are having higher priority. Also, i've seen GGG staff replies on similiar topics - they insist such questions should be adressed only through email, so probably there is no point of trying to reach them on third-party resources. I suppose automatic notification confirming that your appeal is registered would be good idea. " I log in from different countries all the time traveling.. this shouldn't be an issue. What happens when you try to login? What notification pops up word for word. Last edited by QticaX#4168 on Dec 31, 2024, 4:45:00 AM

Thank you for the response.
When I try to log into the game (via Steam launcher), I get the message: 'Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access. Redeem an Early Access key on our website or purchase access now.' I should add that my accounts (PoE and Steam) are linked. I was able to log in normally this way before and even completed the entire main storyline, including defeating the final boss. The last time I played was on December 25th, and everything was fine. The problem started on December 27th. On the website https://www.pathofexile.com, when I go to my account and click on the 'Path of Exile 2 Early Access' link, I get the message: 'Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access. Bribe a friend who has a spare key or purchase now.' I previously had the option to get a key for the Epic Store to assign the game there as well, but since I rarely use Epic, I only did it for Steam." |

Unfortunately, we aren't able to assist with this issue over the forums. Please contact us at support@grindinggear.com so we can look into this with you. Be sure to include your Path of Exile account name (including four-digit discriminator) as well as the names of a few of your characters so that we are best able to look into things with you.
If you obtained your early access through purchasing one of the Early Access packs, please also include the transaction ID of the purchase. This can usually be found alongside your receipt of payment provided to you by the payment processor you used. If you obtained your early access by redeeming a key, then the key's status may have been revoked if the original purchase was refunded or charged back. If this is the case, you may want to reach out to whoever you received the key from to check with them regarding the validity of your key. | |
" Finally, some response! Do I really have to take this to the forum and make it public to get any reaction? I have sent the email once again. All the mentioned information is included in it. Best regards, Maszerus |

Please, when did you send the email? When did GGG reply to you? Why are so many people's questions still not dealt with?

They are good cause they got their money. Its ok to get to us whenever they get to us because of poor business ethics.
