Citadels: "map failed" every time.

When I run citadels I kill everything on the map including the boss. My quests got updated and I get my fragments from the boss, but still it says "map failed" when I look at the citadel on the atlas and I can't get to the other maps connected to the citadel.

One thing I've noticed is that it says 1 monster left every time I clear a citadel.

I've done about 6 or 7 citadels so far and this has happened every time.

I am also experiencing this. Even with a "0 monsters remain" full clear, cannot achieve "Map Complete"
