Upgrading supporter pack

When I go to upgrade my supporter pack to the Warlord of the Karui Supporter from Lord of Ogham Supporter Pack and when I select it I can't get the physical items with the upgrade?

Lord of Ogham doesn't have any physical items, only the digital soundtrack. Physical goods start at Vaal tier and may not be available depending on where you are.
