Temporal Rift doesn't function properly with overflow energy shield

Temporal Rift reads "resetting your life, mana, and energy shield to the values they had at the time" yet can never restore lost overflow energy shield over the natural maximum. For example, if I have 2000 energy shield overflow over a base of 1000 and get hit for 500 damage, activating temporal rift leaves me at 1500 energy shield instead of restoring back to the 2000 I had.

The ability should function as the tooltip reads and reset energy shield to whatever value it had for the afterimage, including lost overflow values.

Bump as this issue is still present almost a year later.
