A second post in minutes where the player MADE A CHOICE and then complained about the consequences of it? If you don't want bosses to have those extra mods on TURN OFF THE ATLAS NODE. YOU chose to give them random extra mods, and YOU can choose to turn it off. Sort your own shit out. It affects ALL rare monsters and ALL unique monsters. As you said, that is Delirium bosses, Map bosses, Citadel bosses... you know, ALL unique bosses. It even explains that it is all Unique (brown) if you mouse over the words. It would be far more confusing to list every single possible boss type.
