Visibility of Ground Debuffs During Combat

I cannot see debuffs on the ground in Manor Ramparts and Ogham Manor while playing a minion infernalist build because of all the flames.

It would be nice if there an icon maybe above the row of player debuff icons that indicates a particular ground debuff is nearby. This could even be an optional feature players could enable/disable.
