EA for normal (non-ruthless) mode when?

Now with a few weeks of EA for the "ruthless" mode, when will EA for normal mode start?

The one with a more "99%" friendly itemization, more deterministic crafting and better loot drops?

Seriously, this game will be a worse meta-fest than PoE 1, hindered even harder by the fact that items can be bricked because resetting them is impossible and there is no working bench.

Honestly, I'm a big fan of PoE 1, but I don't see myself playing PoE 2 much with this amount of being cornered by ultra RNG crafting, abysmal drops and the "1 death in maps and you're done" concept.

Will not work except for the 1%. Sad but true.

Hey, I would also like to know what we will get the non ruthless EA, especially since the POE1 league was pushed due to this ruthless EA.
