Banner for editing hideout blocking character info

I play on Console and the layout may be different for PC K/M users, But when I am in my hideout, I cannot see my XP bar, the banner or ribbon which prompts to hold down the (L) stick goes across the entire bottom and hides my XP bar. Could the banner take up less space (height) or my HUD with the XP bar raised above it please?
