Failed To Connect

I keep getting the error message "Failed to Connect to instance." Ive tried multiple gateways and reset my router twice. Anyone having a similar issue?!
(Edit) tried every single gateway, cannot join any instance, tried multiple characters, nothing...just keep getting dc'ed.

I am having the same issue. My internet is working fine, but the game shows all of the servers as down. There is no ping next to any of the server channels.

When I can get into the game, my game is disconnected every time I try to enter a new zone. So as of right now I cant even get out of the act 2 caravan because its disconnects every time.

I've reset my router, cleared my cache, flushed my DNS, re-verified game files. Nothing is working.
