Problems with PoE 2 performance

Hi folks,
I bought game today, installed and i have a problems with performance.
My spec:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600X
GPU: RTX 3050 Eagle 8GB
RAM: 32GB Corsair Vengance.

On DX12 high performance with DLSS or FSR, tripple buffering and multithreading i have max 30 FPS. On DX11 it looks better: 40 - 43 FPS. It's not high performance set, but in low i've the same situation, max 40 - 45 FPS in game and 45 - 59 FPS in menu. No matter what i've done, i can't cap my framrate over 59 FPS, even if i use option in setting and capped it on 120 FPS foreground and background. PLaying on the Amsterdam server (cuz it's my nearest server).

If i forgot something important about this case, sorry and if i not gave specific info, ask me for more information. I really need fix this framerate...

There was a day 1 nvidia driver for this. That would probably help if you dont have it.

I use Lossless Scaling to add frame generation. Highly recommend it - its on steam for like 6$.

I've tried many options. Between very low and very high i have 5 - 8 frames diff.
