Character is frozen and wont move

To act 2 and am currently trying to get through the mawdun quarry And for some reason my witch character decided to just crash the game when I tried to get back in. I'm either at an infinite loading screen or my character will be completely frozen and I can't teleport or move. And when I open up the inventory screen, the character is t posing. Any fixes would be appreciated because I really don't want to have to start a new witch
