Game Crashed and my Amulet is gone - Solved

Hey,

my game crashed a minute ago (usually happens every 30-60min due to the reported bug). I was using a Destilled Item to anoint my Everlasting Gaze Amulet at the time when the game crashed.
After restarting the game, my Amulet is now gone. Not on my character or in my stash. Looks like it got deleted.

Would appreciate if i can get it back, as it was quite expensive (for me at least).

Also, please fix the bug that causes the crashes.

it was within the Destilled Tab.
