[POE2] Softlock on treasures of Utaal Quest

If you die and kill the boss of the quest at the same time, the quest item drops but you cant access it. Because there is no way to get back down to the lava canal.

Here is how it looks.


Reproduction path:
1. Go down to kill the boss
2. Kill it with delayed damage, Comet in my case and die at the same time
3. You respawn back on top of the dungeon, boss dies automatically down below, but you cant go there to pick up the quest item
