Trial - disconnected after clicking on ascendancy altar past killing the boss the 4th floor

Kill the last boss on the 4th floor > get to the area with chests > click on ascendancy altar (or whatever it is called) to get the last points > disconnect/crash and no points added.

Somehow I don't think it is internet related. Very annoying after 1.5h to just disconnect at the end.
