Strange bug with disappearance of a skill, making it unusable

Hi! I'd like to report a bug that causes a skill to disappear from the skill panel. Skill cannot be re-enabled through the skill menu, and neither restarting the game nor re-equipping the skill gem resolves the issue.

How trigger: open detailed settings of a skill and disable all its presets, then open details of another skill.
For some skills the bug cannot be triggered in this way. Initially I somehow triggered this bug by just changing gems while in demon form, so there are likely multiple ways to trigger it.

In my case it also happen to my active skill from weapon, I can't literally put the gem in it!
