Passive tree respec with weapon set are very inconsistant

When trying to change refund and allocate passive with different tree for different weapon set, i am unable to set it to the way i want.
Before Click apply:  after click apply:  Last bumped on Dec 29, 2024, 12:20:05 PM

Work around is i have to refund those wrong points first from NPC. then allocate those points in my character passive tree
