Pressing the pick-up button is necessary in order to pick up some of the gold

Sometimes (apparently random) gold will not be picked up by just walking over it, making it necessary to press the button bound to the item pick-up function in order to do so.

I started noticing this in Act 3 Uzaal (both present and past versions).
