Map issues, tier map drops!

I have had 3 tower maps on tier map 5 completed.
When I go back to base camp and check the atlas map it shows nothing on the tower being completed.

This has happened with other maps as well.
I would to farm 405k gold to forge 1 tier 5 map in order to proceed with the mapping quest.

Also, lack of tier map drops. Either a tier lower or none at all.
Very frustrating dealing with these issues.
Struggling to either start a new character or hope and pray that luck turns good.

I love this game, it's these issues that make it a slog to move on.

That's what early Access is about.

I have no issues. Just craft them to a rare and don't die. I usually get two maps of the same tier from one map and 1-2 tiers above from the boss.
If you die, then of course, you won't get enough maps.

I understand what you are saying, just very unlucky getting those drops.
My first rodeo playing a ARPG. Trying to figure it all as best I can.

I finally moved on to tier 6 two days ago, finally had back to back maps drop.

I know about the dying aspect, seriously it was very barren with them being dropped.
