Issue with the crossbow, i need help

I am playing with two characters. In my second character in the EU realm with the name ADORFO and level 19 i have am recent issue that block my style of play.

Mouse
Left click: Many skill for the crossbow
Center click: Specific Skill for the Crossbow
Right click: Shot greanade (Crossbow)

This is the behavior with the left an center click button in the mouse.

If i use the mouse in this case work fine.

If i assigng skill for the bow, work
If i create a new character (All weapon and skills work fine with all buttons)
If i try use the grenades with the right click, work fine.
If i play with other character all buttons work fine, the issue is only with this mercenary.


If i use the mouse in this case work wrong.

If i try use some skill for the crossbow in the left and center button don't shot, (Similar to blocked or without ammunition).

Actions
I review all to be able to find word in red color (Similar to don't have enough attribute, force, intelect, skill, etc) All in white.
I unequip all items in the character.
I unequip all Skill gems in the character.
I change to other crossbow.


I can't shot using the crossbow and the left and center button of the mouse.
Please help me to resolve that issue to be able to continue playing with this character.
