Constant crash when entering ziggurat encampment

Keep getting force to main menu when entering ziggurat encampment for first time.

Still having the problem for 24 hours changed settings. Asked for help no one answers is this a game breaking bug. Everyone says go to your hideout I haven't reached the hideout yet soo what do I do?

Fixed it finally. I was in the California server. Switched to Texas that did it.

I lied didn't fix worked once now every character won't load anywhere. I just would like an answer. Can I do anything. Is it too many people are on at the same time? Things were going great and suddenly I can't do anything?
