Chayula Graps rare finisher not working

I just bought this finisher, tried killing everything, rare, unique mobs, nothing. It doesnt work.
I tried with spells, with weapon alone (no spells) and it simply doesnt work. Last bumped on Jan 17, 2025, 6:57:25 AM
