Vaal Factory incomplete

Vaal Factory incomplete due to rare mob not being interactable. this is the second time it has happened. It seem like to mob is in the ground but can still follow and attack you. it look to be a mechanical crab like mob.

I've experienced this twice now myself. The rare mob has two bows and multiple arms he shoots lightning projectiles from.

Vaal Factory has major issues.

Delirium encounter bugging out. Monsters not existing on the map etc.
Huge map with extremely low density.
