quest: the trial of chaos (cruel) cant be completed

As title says i cant complete the quest even if i did many runs using lvl 80 inscribed ultimatums in the "trial of chaos (present)" lvl 60 area.
Furthermore, if i open the map inside the trial, it shows me that i am in the act 3 (normal) even if i entered the istance in the (cruel) lvl 60 area. The issue is that i cant invite anyone to join because there is this incongruence between istances. Need Help pls! Last bumped on Feb 19, 2025, 3:28:27 PM

Same. I am blocked from getting into maps because I "haven't completed" the story.

Same issue cant complete trial in "cruel" difficulty it puts you in "normal" as you start the trial
