Liberator of Wraeclast Supporter Pack - Missing All Items

Hi I ordered the Liberator of Wraeclast Supporter Pack and I never received it. Also my transaction history on POE does not even list it like I have bought it. Could you guys issue a refund or help with getting the items? Also it double charged me because I already had Warlord of the Karui Supporter Pack.
Attached a picture of how much I was charged for. It was on Xbox. $334.79 with tax. Hope to hear soon, and please help!
