Steam and Xbox

I bought Path of Exile 2 early access on Steam (my PC barely meets the minimum specs), and it was okay to play until I reached mapping. I mean, I could clear full acts, but when loading into a location, I had to wait for a while for the textures to render before I could slowly start clearing it. However, when it came to mapping, even after waiting for the area to load and pushing through slowly, a small hit from a white mob would cause my game to freeze for a second, which often resulted in me getting killed. Is there any way that i can play my character on xbox without buying new copy of the game on microsoft store?
