Account Ban for 8 Days with No Response from Support Team

My account was suddenly banned on December 20th. I have followed the instructions and sent an email to support@grindinggear.com, but it has been over 8 days and I still haven't received any response. I am wondering when I can expect a reply? I suspect that the support team might be on vacation, and it seems that we players are not important!
