How can I go from playing 59hours to having my beta key not applicable ?
Getting Error that my account with steam does not have an access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access. No bans, no suspensions, nothing, i was playing 4 hours earlier. Even with the game constantly crashing.
But clearly from this copy/paste :

If you obtained your early access through purchasing one of the Early Access packs, please also include the transaction ID of the purchase. This can usually be found alongside your receipt of payment provided to you by the payment processor you used.
If you obtained your early access by redeeming a key, then the key's status may have been revoked if the original purchase was refunded or charged back. If this is the case, you may want to reach out to whoever you received the key from to check with them regarding the validity of your key.
In the latter case, rest assured that none of your characters, items, or progress will be lost if only the key was revoked and your account has not been compromised.

Unbelieveable, I'm supposed to wait days/weeks for you guys to sort your stuff out? Highly unlikely.
Of the 59 hours played half of that time was crashing or having computer completely freeze up, most of the time at integral parts of the game. I got to lvl 29, the game is highly bugged and unplayable. Of which is a copied reskin of POE 1
