Radiant grief no ignite on enemies

After being revived from a party member the Radiant Grief Lace Hood does not ignite the enemies anymore. This is easily reproducible.
steps to reproduce: 1. be in a party 2. have the helmet equipped (3. effect Enemies in your Presence are Ignited as though dealt 100 Base Fire Damage is working) 4. die from enemies 5. be revived from party member 6. Workaround is just re-equiping the hood

Htting a similar bug with infernal legion. In my case, it's for enemies that spawn after the instance. For example most league mechanics and a few of the trial rooms. Do you think this could be your issue here too?
