Advanced info Bugged

On xbox seriesX and when I go to a skill and press advanced info Im never able to access the other tabs that the skill might have.

For example: Charged staff has Buff/Shockwave, and when in advanced info Im never able to switch to the shockwave to see the damage numbers from it.

This issue is with every skill in my game on console. Wish I could see the damage changes on some skills(Bell/Charged Staff)
