Early access code error.
A few days ago i´ve decided to purchase a early access code from eneba to try POE 2. I´ve sync my steam account with the poe account but after a few days i am not able anymore to play again, seems that my early access code was removed somehow :? any recommendations about this? i´ve already created a support ticket but seems that the support team is bussy.

If you've already contacted us via email at support@grindinggear.com then I'm afraid you'll need to wait for the appropriate team member to get back to you. We're currently handling a large volume of tickets right now so we really appreciate your patience in the meantime! If you obtained your early access through purchasing one of the Early Access packs, please also include the transaction ID of the purchase. This can usually be found alongside your receipt of payment provided to you by the payment processor you used. If you obtained your early access by redeeming a key, then the key's status may have been revoked if the original purchase was refunded or charged back. If this is the case, you may want to reach out to whoever you received the key from to check with them regarding the validity of your key. In the latter case, rest assured that none of your characters, items, or progress will be lost if only the key was revoked and your account has not been compromised. | |
