My character is GONE??

Mid gameplay I just got disconnected, logged back in to my character gone? This is literally just after me purchasing a Supporter pack as well. I really am not happy...

Update: Turns out my account merge logged me out and forged me onto the merged account, problem solved. I just have 2 accounts in one now.
