paid for the early access, installed POE2 says my account doesnt have access...HELP!!!

I already sent 3 emails, no response, asked in discord servers no fixes, been waiting for days now and no answer at all... I bought the key in an plataform, activated the key on the website, it game me a key to install POE2, I did then tried to play it says "Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 early access." Relogged 100 times into the game, rechecked and rechanged emails and accounts 100 times aswell to check if the accounts match, they do... what the hell is going on? Btw this is not the account with the problem, anything just ask please just help ty.

no one will help you I have already written 3 times in the forum and 4 emails to support they still haven't answered me after 3 days that disgusting patch came out that tells you that you don't have the game when up until before the patch I could play I have two characters at 30 and 43 hours of play but now I'm stuck because it doesn't tell me that I bought early access

There has been a entire thread about this 100+ posts that just got deleted for pointing this out.

There is a lot of people that has lost EA if they have bought they key from Steam,Eneba,Instant Gaming etc. maybe also Epic tho have not heard people have had any issue from there.

I will not be playing Poe 2 at all,this experience has made me lose complete faith in GGG as a company.

This post here might end up the same and my account banned.

Also I believe that the support is a AI bot kinda thing not a real person.

Did you guys finally get responses? my account still doesn't have access and it's been 2 weeks now.

I got the same problem today, was working fine yesterday. But today i dont have early access and i have over 140hihs played :(
