Appearing Offline On trade site

Even though im online in game,dnd not enabled and appear online on trade site settings. my listings show me as offline. its really frustrating is there a solution ?

Wondering why I haven't had a single trade whisper since EA launched. finally tested it today.
Items listed "a few seconds ago" and it still thinks I'm offline. not having this trickle of sales is killing endgame for me, I'm almost broke with +6all spell/+200mana staffs sitting in my sell tab, 5x Kitoko's current been there since before christmas, not a peep.
I thought this nonsense got fixed like day1 when 50% of the community couldn't sell anything.
