Delirium Precursor Tablet not adding "Mirrors of Delirium" to maps

Delirium Precursor Tablet not adding "Mirrors of Delirium" to maps after being inserted in a tower?

Am I misunderstanding how these work? Is it a bug? Or am I missing some kind of requirements.

Never mind, worked it out. Will leave the post to help others.

Explanation: its not 100% all maps in range, but a handful of random maps in range that get the "Mirrors of Delirium" modifier.

The Delirium Precursor Tablet description could do with a small alteration to explain this maybe?

"# Maps in range contain Mirrors of Delirium"

However, the 1-2 mods below this that you can roll apply to all maps in range.

Yup, I was reading that as 5 maps in distance from the tower, definitely a me issue :P

Makes a hell of a lot more sense now :)
